दिल्ली: भारत के उत्तर पश्चिमी राज्य में भारी बारिश के कारण तबाही का माहौल देखने को मिल रहा है. मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण भूस्खलन, बादल फटने, इमारत गिरने, पेड़ गिरने और बिजली गिरने से 24 घंटे में 34 लोगों की मौत होने की जानकारी सामने आई है. सबसे ज्यादा 11 लोगों की मौत हिमाचल में हुई है. बारिश की वजह से सबसे ज्यादा तबाही हिमाचल में ही देखने को मिल रही है जहां 11 लोगों की जान चली गई है. यूपी, उत्तराखंड, दिल्ली, हरियाणा, जम्मू कश्मीर और पंजाब में भी बारिश आफत बन गई है.

पहाड़ी राज्यों में लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण भूस्खलन हो रहा है. वहीं, राजधानी दिल्ली समेत मैदानी राज्यों में बारिश के कारण सड़कें नदी में तब्दील हो गई हैं. हिमाचल में जहां सदियों पुराना पुल बह गया, वहीं दिल्ली में 41 साल बाद इतनी भारी बारिश हुई है. यमुना का पानी खतरे के निशान के करीब पहुंच गया है. उत्तर रेलवे ने 17 ट्रेनें रद्द कर दी गई हैं और 12 का मार्ग बदल दिया है.
हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री ने की अपील
हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा जिले में पिछले 2 दिनों से लगातार हो रही भारी बारिश से जनजीवन प्रभावित हो गया है. रावी नदी उफान पर है. नदी के पास स्थित कई घर जलमग्न हो गए हैं. राज्य के सीएम सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने लोगों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि मैं हिमाचल के लोगों से फिर अनुरोध करता हूं कि अगले 24 घंटों तक अपने घरों में रहें क्योंकि अगले 24 घंटों में भारी बारिश की संभावना है. हमने आपदा से निपटने के लिए 3 हेल्पलाइन नंबर (1100, 1070 और 1077) जारी किए हैं. किसी भी आपात स्थिति में आप इन नंबरों पर कॉल कर सकते हैं और मैं भी 24 घंटे आपकी सेवा के लिए उपलब्ध रहूंगा.
बारिश शुरू होने के बाद हिमाचल में तबाही का दौर देखने को मिल रहा है. बादल फटने से ब्यास नदी का जलस्तर अचानक बढ़ने से बाढ़ का रूप ले लिया है. राज्य में अगले 48 घंटों के लिए रेड और ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है. हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह ने मीडिया से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि बारिश के कारण हिमाचल में काफी नुकसान हुआ है. राज्य में करीब 765 सड़के प्रभावित हुई हैं. हमने करीब 342 मशीन प्रदेश के कौने-कौने में तैनात की हैं. कुल्लू-मनाली में फंसे हुए लोगों को भी रेस्क्यू किया गया है. अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में करीब 8 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई है.
दिल्ली में भी लगातार बारिश हो रही है, इस बीच केजरीवाल सरकार में मंत्री आतिशी ने यमुना नदी का निरीक्षण किया. उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश के कारण पीछे से यमुना नदी में भारी मात्रा में पानी आ रहा है. कल सुबह तक जलस्तर खतरे के निशान के ऊपर पहुंच जाएगा. हमने स्थिति पर नजर बनाई हुई है, जो लोग पानी के करीब रहते हैं उन्हें रेस्क्यू किया जा रहा है. अभी स्थिति नियंत्रण में है. आज मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने समीक्षा बैठक बुलाई है.
